The Pharma and Biotech projects have certain peculiarities such as their scientific (rather than technological) basis, their direct or indirect application in humans and their geographically global conception, factors that imply risks and particular restrictions that substantially condition the way they are managed.
Its level of complexity and regulation, the high degree of uncertainty and the size of this type of project (both in cost and duration) position chemical-pharmaceutical and biotechnological projects as benchmarks for professionalized project management.
In the Pharma and Biotech Project Management Course you will learn to plan, organize, direct and manage R & D & i projects in the field of life sciences, with special attention to projects for the development of new drugs in the sector pharmacist.
Due to the great diversity of the sector, throughout the course, we will focus on other types of projects, generic, nutraceutical, cosmetic, life-cycle-management; and to other types of business models, biotech, start-ups, academic research and virtual companies.
The Pharma and Biotech Project Management Course provides you 5 recognizable ECTS credits in the Master's Degree in Project Management (60 ECTS).
