With our University Expert Course in Innovation Management in the Company you will acquire the fundamentals of innovation and business entrepreneurship.
The main aim of the course is to equip you with the vision and knowledge necessary to drive and lead innovation strategies and processes, in both the corporate and individual/entrepreneurial contexts.
The programme will position you to head up innovation initiatives and projects in your company, as well as enable you to pursue your own business initiatives and innovative entrepreneurship.
The programme is structured into 2 modules that provide a comprehensive, eminently practical overview that can be applied in any company and in any sector of activity:
- Creativity & Innovation: Business Innovation - 10 ECTS
- Corporate Entrepreneurship - 5 ECTS
Each module is taught by leading lecturers from La Salle and from industry, meaning the programme is the ideal way to cover the main concepts and elements with a practical, business-focussed approach that is grounded in the realities of the market.
You can also choose to study only certain modules independently, according to your knowledge needs.
Students who successfully pass the end-of-course exam will receive the title of University Expert in Innovation Management in the Company (15 ECTS) from Ramon Llull University (URL).
