Jordi Margalef Marrugat

PhD in Electronics Engineering from the Universitat Ramon Llull. After more than a decade living directing the Electronics Department, since 2006 is Secretary General of the Campus La Salle - University Ramon Llull. With experience in teaching for more than 30 years in the area of electronics and computer science, has conducted as director, more than 275 bachelor thesis and doctoral thesis. He has published several books on electronics and has also published several articles on teaching methods in electronics and others about different electronics projects implemented. From the point of view of technology transfer has organized some congresses about technology, called A-PROP (dealing with topics as diverse as the media, sport and technology, mobile networks, digital commerce, digital TV, e-entertainment ...) and created several patents about on location indoors or smart tissues. Also from the Electronics Department has participated in several research or transfer projects, such as a digital rugosity meter, system for earthquakes data acquisition, several computer applications ... His doctorate was based on methodologies for online teaching of electronics.
