Tània Muelas Vilà

Degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the Ramon Llull University, General Health Psychology and Master in Psychopathology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Master in Psychoncology from the ISEP, specialized in Emotional Intelligence and trained in Mindfulness MBSR accredited by the IMTA (USA). I also receive the Montessori AMI guide training by the San Diego Institute (USA), and the Positive Discipline facilitator training by the Positive Discipline Association (USA).
With more than 15 years of experience as a clinical psychologist: Hospital de Terrassa, Mutua de Terrassa, Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol, Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona Children´s Hospital, as well as a trainer in the business and educational field: Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia, Red Cross, Pere Tarrés Foundation, City Council of Montornès del Vallès, City Council of Santa Perpètua de la Mogoda, Network of Civic Centers of Tarragona, ACELLEC, EFA School, Magma Culture, among others.
My experience leads me to the conclusion that the key to personal well-being goes through self-leadership, becoming aware of who we are and all the conditions we have, in order to develop the maximum potential.
