Project Management is a discipline that applies principles, concepts, tools and techniques to improve project performance and organisational effectiveness. Project Management adds value by improving the probability of consistently delivering successful projects.
The goal of the Master of Science in Project Management is to provide students with an advanced, specialised and multidisciplinary training in Project Management within a professional environment.
The program will provide students with the necessary skills to direct and manage projects, as well as developing the abilities to lead the management of an organisation. Additionally, as justified, the program will provide students with the knowledge and abilities related to the management of organisations’ processes.
At the conclusion of the programme, students will be able to define, plan, execute and control a range of projectsas well as understand the critical link between people, projects and business strategy.
