Goals
The Course in Advanced Negotiation prepares you to acquire the following skills and abilities:
- You will understand that negotiation is an interactive process in which two or more parties try to reach a mutual agreement.
- You will establish the most useful methodology to negotiate successfully in personal and professional environments.
- You will learn to use the different strategies in negotiation.
- You will analyse the optimal criteria to define the correct strategies.
- You will make it easier to get to know yourself as a negotiator, and work on other styles of negotiation to expand resources.
- You will know the tools to prepare ourselves effectively, lead the negotiation towards obtaining results and build constructive relationships with our environments.
- You will look into the five keys to negotiation: identifying interests, creativity to generate options, developing emotional intelligence skills, developing constructive relationships and creating value in negotiation.
