La Salle-URL Online Course for Amateur Radio Operator embraces all issues and knowledge students need to pass the official telecommunications examination, which allows said students to obtain the Diploma in Amateur Radio Operator in Spain while providing the Harmonized Amateur Radio Examination Certificate (HAREC), which the T/R 61-02 standard of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunication Administrations (CEPT) requires to all its member countries.
This is an online interactive course. Registration is open throughout the academic year and the course itself is available 24/7 including weekends. Students can access it from any device having access to the Internet.
