In our curriculum and in our personal and professional careers, hard skills are essential for acquiring the abilities that enable us to successfully navigate our day-to-day lives. However, we often overlook the importance of soft skills, which are cross-cutting competences that align with our personality and way of being.
In recent years, there has been a significant emphasis on developing soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, negotiation, conflict resolution, and more. However, we tend to forget that none of these skills, nor even our expertise in hard skills, hold much value if we cannot effectively convey and communicate them. Therefore, having the tools for successful communication becomes a crucial aspect of current training.
Becoming an effective communicator can help you achieve your goals in both your professional and personal life. Most individuals aspire to be confident and skilled communicators. Successful communication entails possessing the necessary skills and tools to better understand oneself, one's audience, and how others perceive us.
Through this course, we will delve into the art of communication, aiming to achieve captivating meetings and presentations that foster engagement. We will apply successful communication techniques to this new environment.
Expert teacher
Rubén Yuste, an expert in communication and actor. He is the star of the musical Pretty Woman at Teatre Apolo in Barcelona and Jordi Galceran's comedy "Burindanga" at Eixample Teatre. He has participated as an actor in films such as "El Fotógrafo de Mauthausen" and in musicals such as "Mar i Cel", "Les Mirérables", "Mamma Mia!" or "Grease" among others.
