Methodology
In the Course in Systemic Leadership, the assimilation of its contents will be carried out both conceptually and through experience. All the contents have a practical approach to the reality of the participants in a way that it facilitates the understanding and immediate application to their jobs.
Systemic experiential coaching and other systemic intervention tools will the methodology to facilitate the achievement of the objectives defined for this module.
The participant will have a central and very active role throughout the module.
