Methodology
La Salle-URL’s original online methodology is based on situational learning and self-led learning. With situational learning, we use challenges to teach you how to tackle real problems and situations faced by companies where you can consolidate the new knowledge you acquire. With self-led learning, you decide how to advance in your training based on your previous experience.
- Our programme is based on a constructivist method, and we adapt to your previous knowledge meaning you make the most of the time you spend learning.
- With our online methodology, you will have constant support from coordinators and mentors, expert teachers who are active in their fields and who will offer you advice in solving the challenges and furthering your learning. Also, throughout the program you will develop group work to promote teamwork skills.
- Our methodology and learning processes are tested and certified by the University Quality Agency of Catalonia AQU.
